Getting Started / How It Works

Orangebox is an E-tailing platform for vendor(s) and renter(s) to browse, select, list and showcase venues respectively from short term to long term rental.

How do I create an account/ sign up with Orangebox?

Go to homepage, click on log in and sign up as a Renter(s) or Vendor(s) by entering your email address and password. You will then receive a SMS to activate your email address. After successfully approve as a Renter(s) or Vendor(s) you will be able to start listing or booking with Orangebox.

How do I login to my account?

Enter your email address and password in the “Log in” page and click “Sign In”

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click on the reset password and follow the further instructions

How do I list my venue on Orangebox as Vendor(s)?

Once you register an account as Vendor(s), you will be able to start listing with us under “Add New Listing”. Take note, the listing will only be published once it approves by Orangebox

How do I check my bookings as Renter(s)?

Once you register an account as Renter, you will be able to check your booking under Bookings/Transaction History. It is also downloaded.

What are the charges like?

The charges are depending on the location and sqft of the area set by the vendors, there is no 3rd party. There will be a service charge for each complete transaction.

How much does Orangebox charge and are there any hidden cost?

Orangebox will charge adminstration fees range from 3%-7% charges for all concluded rental of spaces to renter(s). Orangebox will charge a listing fee of 25% to vendor(s) for all successful transactions (or less % otherwise mentioned in merchant contract). There is no hidden cost.

Are there any charges for listing my venue?

Listing on our website is completely free. However, the publication of each listing will be upon confirmation by Orangebox.

When will my booking be considered successful/ How do I secure my booking?

Booking is only successful once payment has been made.

When will my payment be release as Vendor(s)?

Payment will be release once vendor submit a full setup picture of the said rented space to Orangebox for approval. Disbursement of payment is 14-21 days upon approval.

What are your payment options/method?

Payment can be made through credit or debit card.

Am I getting the best rate through Orangebox?

All renter(s) get the best rates as it is direct from the vendor(s). There are no third party involve.

Cancellation
How can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking online on Orangebox website within 24 hours.

Will I be charged if I cancel my booking?

There will not be any processing fee for cancellation within 24 hours. However, cancellation made after 24 hours will not be refunded unless vendor(s) agree and allow postponement of booking.

Can Vendor(s) cancel confirmed booking?

Vendor(s) is given 24 hours cancellation upon confirmed booking by renter(s). If failure to offer the booked venue due to overbooking or unforeseen circumstances after the expiration period, vendor(s) will be charged a processing fee for cancellations for causing inconvenience to renter(s).

What are the options if my booking are not met?

Vendor(s) can opt for a replacement of space or dates to renter(s), however it is subject to the renter(s) discretion.

How long does it take to get a refund?

We have a 24 hours full refund policy

We send refund within 24 hours upon cancellation, however it may only show up in 3-5 working days depending on different banks policy.
